Every booking begins with a quote request sent to Onlyskies-Jets (by email, phone, social media or online form), specifying: desired departure and arrival airports, planned dates and times, number of passengers, desired aircraft category if applicable, and any special requirements (oversized luggage, pets, catering, accessibility).
Based on this information, Onlyskies-Jets consults its network of certified air operators and sends the Client one or more proposals detailing: the proposed aircraft and its operator, the total price (charter and, where applicable, brokerage fees), the applicable cancellation conditions and the validity period of the offer. Unless otherwise stated, a quote is valid for [24] hours, as charter rates can change rapidly depending on aircraft availability.
The booking becomes firm and final upon receipt by Onlyskies-Jets of (i) the Client's written acceptance of the quote and (ii) full payment as set out in Article 4, accompanied by the corresponding proof of payment. Before this confirmation, no aircraft is guaranteed.
Unless specific conditions are stated in the quote, the total amount of the accepted quote is payable in a single instalment and must be paid in full to confirm the booking. No partial deposit is offered. The Client must send Onlyskies-Jets proof of payment (bank transfer confirmation or credit card payment confirmation) as soon as it is made, this proof being a condition for final confirmation of the booking.
Payments may be made by bank transfer or credit card. No booking is guaranteed until full payment has been received and the corresponding proof of payment has been sent to Onlyskies-Jets.
The Client undertakes to provide, within the requested time frame, the information and documents necessary to establish the passenger manifest: full identity, date of birth, number and validity of each passenger's ID card or passport, as well as any travel document required (visa, authorisation) for the destination concerned.
Once full payment has been received and passenger documents submitted, Onlyskies-Jets sends the Client final flight confirmation, including the operator's contact details, the aircraft registration, final schedules and practical information (boarding location, FBO, crew contact).
Any modification request after confirmation is handled in accordance with Article 6 of the Refund Policy and may result in fees or a price change depending on availability.
