Onlyskies-Jets, a sole proprietorship owned by Lukas Rérat, with its registered office at Rue de l'Eglise 18, 2900 Porrentruy (Switzerland), registered with the commercial register of the Canton of Jura under IDE number CHE-216.509.546 (hereinafter "Onlyskies-Jets", "we"), carries out a private jet brokerage activity consisting of connecting its clients with third-party air operators holding the required certifications (AOC) for the charter of aircraft.
This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, retain and protect the personal data of individuals who contact us, request a quote, or use our services, in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP, in force since 1 September 2023) and, where applicable (clients or visitors located in the European Union or the European Economic Area), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Depending on the nature of your relationship with us, we may collect:
• Identification data: first and last name, date of birth, copy of ID card or passport (required to issue flights).

• Flight request data: departure and arrival airports, dates, number of passengers, special preferences, luggage or pets.
• Payment data: bank or card details, processed via a secure third-party payment provider (Onlyskies-Jets does not store full card numbers).
• Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, when visiting our website (via cookies, see section 9).
• Correspondence: exchanges by email, phone or contact form.
Your data is processed for the following purposes:
• Preparing quotes and managing charter requests.
• Connecting the client with a third-party air operator and transmitting the information required to carry out the flight.
• Managing invoicing and payments.
• Providing customer support and responding to requests.
• Complying with our legal and regulatory obligations (aviation security, anti-money laundering where applicable, accounting).
• Improving our services and marketing communications, subject to your consent where required.
Depending on the case, processing is based on the performance of the brokerage contract or pre-contractual measures (quote request), Onlyskies-Jets' legitimate interest (management of the business relationship, security), compliance with a legal obligation, or your consent — in particular for sending marketing communications, which may be withdrawn at any time.
Your data may be shared, strictly as necessary:
• With air operators (companies holding an AOC) responsible for carrying out the flight.
• With payment service providers.
• With airport, customs or security authorities where required by regulation.
• With our technical service providers (hosting, messaging) bound by confidentiality obligations.
• With administrative or judicial authorities where required by law.
Onlyskies-Jets does not sell or rent your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Given the international nature of the private jet charter business, your data may be transferred to air operators or service providers located outside Switzerland, including in countries whose legislation is not considered equivalent by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). In such cases, Onlyskies-Jets implements appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or an equivalent contractual commitment) in accordance with Articles 16 et seq. of the nFADP, respectively Chapter V of the GDPR where applicable.
• Data relating to a flight file: duration of the business relationship plus statutory limitation periods (up to 10 years for accounting documents).
• Data of prospects with no follow-up: 3 years from the last contact.
• Browsing / cookie data: 13 months maximum.
If Onlyskies-Jets operates a website, it may use technical cookies necessary for its operation as well as, subject to your consent, audience measurement or marketing cookies. You may at any time configure or withdraw your consent via your browser settings or the cookie banner offered on the site.
Onlyskies-Jets implements reasonable technical and organisational measures (restricted access, secure transmission, backup) to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration.
In accordance with the nFADP and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:
• Right of access to your data and to obtain a copy.
• Right to rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure, within the limits provided by law.
• Right to object to processing, in particular for marketing purposes.
• Right to restriction of processing.
• Right to portability of the data you have provided to us.
• Right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before such withdrawal.
